This AI Safety Notice explains important safety information about Learny's AI-powered features.

Learny is operated by Learny Technologies LLC ("Learny", "we", "us", or "our").

Learny uses AI to support learning through avatars, conversations, quizzes, games, explanations, and interactive educational experiences.

This notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Subscription Terms.

Learny includes AI-powered features that may generate learning and conversation content. AI responses may be generated using third-party AI service providers, including DeepSeek.

You should not treat AI-generated responses as guaranteed truth. Important information should be checked with reliable sources, parents, teachers, tutors, or qualified professionals.

Learny is designed to support learning. Learny is a learning companion, not an official educational authority. Learny does not guarantee better grades, exam success, mastery of a subject, curriculum completion, academic improvement, correct answers in every situation, or formal educational assessment.

Learny is intended for users aged 13 and older. If a minor uses Learny, parents or legal guardians should decide whether Learny is appropriate for that user. Learny does not replace parental supervision.

Learny may allow voice input. Voice input may be converted into text using native iOS or Android speech-to-text tools. Speech-to-text may produce incorrect transcriptions because of unclear speech, background noise, accent recognition issues, device limitations, unsupported language settings, operating system errors, or microphone quality. Users should review voice-transcribed text when accuracy matters. Learny does not store voice audio recordings on its servers.

Learny may save chat history to provide conversation continuity and improve the learning experience. Users should not share sensitive personal information in AI chats. Learny is designed for learning support, not for storing sensitive personal secrets.

Users should not ask Learny to generate or assist with unsafe or prohibited content. Learny may restrict, block, or moderate unsafe use.

Learny may use learning activity, chat history, quizzes, games, Stars, and progress information to support the user experience. Progress indicators, Stars, rewards, streaks, and learning summaries are product features. They should not be treated as formal academic records, professional evaluations, psychological assessments, or guaranteed indicators of future performance.

When you use AI features, your text inputs and relevant learning context may be processed by Learny and third-party AI providers, including DeepSeek, to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI chats unless necessary. For more information about data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

Learny must not be used for emergencies. If there is a medical, mental health, safety, legal, or other emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Learny is not designed to detect or respond reliably to emergency situations.

If you believe Learny generated unsafe, inaccurate, inappropriate, or concerning content, contact us at support@learny.tech. When reporting an issue, please include what happened, approximate time/date, user account email if relevant, screenshot or message text if available, and device/platform if relevant. We may review reports to improve safety and product quality.

Learny's AI features may change over time. We may make changes for safety, legal, business, technical, product, or quality reasons.
